Dr. Adam Goff attended Michigan State University for his BS in Human Biology and received his Doctor of Optometry in 2010 from The Ohio State University. Dr. Goff completed a residency in Ocular Disease at The Ohio State University through the Chillicothe and Columbus Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, and has been awarded a Fellowship by the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Goff lives in Three Rivers with his wife, Erin, and his two boys, Cooper and Emmett. He also has two dogs, Jackson and Lucy. He is an active member of the Three Rivers Lions Club. His professional associations include the Michigan Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry.
